The kitchen/diner is fully equipped for every culinary need. The modern kitchen features a Nespresso coffee machine (with original pods), a Dualit kettle, and a 4-slice toaster. The kitchen also includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave oven, along with a 4-ring gas hob ideal for preparing everything from a hearty English breakfast to a delicious Sunday roast. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, boasts a large table that comfortably seats 8, making it the perfect space for shared meals or evening games.

The spacious living room is the heart of the house, with ample comfortable seating for guests to unwind. Sleeping Arrangements:
The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with each room thoughtfully furnished for comfort and relaxation. All beds are made up with White Company bed linen, and every guest will receive 2 fluffy white towels to enjoy during their stay. The bathrooms are stocked with luxurious White Company hand wash and hand and body creams, as well as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom, offering a private retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. The room is designed for ultimate relaxation with comfortable furnishings and plenty of space.

Bedroom 2: Also on the first floor, this room offers another king-size bed and is located next to the family bathroom, making it a convenient choice for couples or friends sharing the space.

Bedroom 3: This room includes a single bed with a trundle bed, which can be configured in a variety of ways to suit your needs. You can choose to have:

• 1 single bed (ideal for one guest, typically set up this way),
• 2 single beds (perfect for children, as the room is small and this layout offers the most space),
• A super king-size bed (this large bed nearly fills the room, but is great if there are 8 adults staying).

The room is located on the first floor, with a shower room located on the ground floor, making it convenient and practical for various guest arrangements.

Bedroom 4: On the second floor, this room has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. There’s also the option to combine the beds into a super king-size bed. However, please note that while the room is large, access around the bed can be a little tight when configured as a super king-size. Alternatively, the trundle bed can be added in this room for 3 single beds. It’s a versatile and comfortable space, ideal for guests who enjoy their own retreat.
