The ground floor features a cozy snug, furnished with a sofa bed for occasional use and a desk, creating a quiet nook for reading or getting a little work done. A decorative stove adds to the charm, though it’s not in use. A convenient cloakroom with a basin and WC completes this level.

First Floor Climb the stairs to the first floor, the main living hub of the house. The modern kitchen is a chef’s delight, well-equipped with an integrated electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a washer/dryer. You’ll also find a kettle, toaster, and cafetiere for your morning coffee. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the comfortable lounge, where you can relax on the comfortable seating, watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or gather around the crackling wood-burning stove on a chilly evening. The adjacent dining room features a table with seating for six, along with two charming window seats that offer a perfect spot to watch the world go by on the High Street below.

Also on this floor is the luxurious master bedroom, Bedroom 1. It’s a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, a built-in wardrobe, a drawer unit, and a Smart TV. The elegant en-suite bathroom is a highlight, boasting a full bath, a separate shower cubicle, double sinks, a WC, and a heated towel rail.

Second Floor Stairs from the hallway lead up to the second floor, which holds two more inviting bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, while Bedroom 3 features a single bed, a built-in wardrobe, a drawer unit, a desk, and a TV/DVD player. Please note that due to the age and character of the property, some of the bedrooms have low beams and restricted head height. The second floor also has a family bathroom with a bath and an electric shower over, a wash basin, and a WC.

• Parking: A major convenience in Lymington, there is a dedicated parking space for one medium-sized vehicle right in front of the property. For a second car, a public car parking clock is provided for your stay against a refundable deposit.
• Security: The mews is secured by gates that are closed overnight from 6 pm to 8 am. You will be provided with the security codes before your arrival.
• Amenities: Your stay includes bed linen and towels, gas central heating, and Wi-Fi. Please note that guests should bring their own bedding for the sofa bed and beach towels if needed. Logs for the wood-burning stove are not provided but can be purchased at a local store.
• Pets: Regrettably, this property is not suitable for pets.
• EV Charging: Charging is not available at the property. The nearest charging points are at the Barfields car park in Lymington.
• Beaches: Enjoy a day at the beach with several options nearby, including Milford on Sea (4 miles) and Highcliffe Beach (within 10 miles).
