This versatile room also features a ground floor shower room, offering added convenience for families with young children or anyone with limited mobility.

Moving upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is spacious and perfect for gathering together. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you’ll need for self-catering, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a fridge/freezer. The dining area comfortably seats six, making it the ideal space for family meals or entertaining friends. The living room area is warm and inviting, with plenty of seating for everyone to relax, watch TV, or enjoy each other’s company.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the separate utility room ensures that there’s plenty of space to store beach gear, coats, and bags, helping keep the rest of the house clutter-free. It also includes a washing machine and dryer, which is incredibly useful for longer stays.

This property is designed to accommodate families and small groups, and as such, group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members are welcome). Hen and stag parties are also not allowed, and the property is only available to guests over 25 years old, except for couples and immediate family members. This ensures the property remains a peaceful and family-friendly retreat.

While the property is pet-friendly, we only accept one small dog, so you can bring along your furry friend to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Please note, however, that there are certain pet restrictions, and the garden is enclosed for your pet’s safety.

Access to the property is via a small residential cul-de-sac, so while it is peaceful and private, please be aware that neighbors may be coming and going. This is typical of a residential area and should not cause any disturbance during your stay.

For guests with young children, high chairs and travel cots can be provided upon request to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The ground floor bedroom is set up with two single beds, but the trundles can be positioned in this room if required. The use of the trundles comes at an extra cost and should be requested in advance.
