The kitchen boasts a gas range cooker with electric oven, air fryer, dishwasher, American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and an Alexa Smart Speaker. The dining area offers a breakfast bar with two stools and a dining table with seating for up to eight guests.
• Downstairs Cloakroom: For your convenience, there’s a WC, basin, and a washer-dryer.

• Bedroom 1: A spacious room with a super-king size (6ft) zip and link bed, wardrobe, and drawer unit.

• Family Bathroom: Indulge in a relaxing bath or invigorating shower in the large walk-in shower cubicle, complete with a basin, WC, and heated towel rail.

Stairs continue to the second floor:

• Bedroom 3 (Loft Room): A versatile space with a low double bed (4ft 6) and a double sofa bed, perfect for occasional use by up to two small children. This room also includes a drawer unit and a Smart TV, offering an additional breakout space for kids.

• Enjoy outdoor furniture for dining, plus comfy deck chairs for lounging.
