From her custom-built kitchen in Sway, Miss Witt offers her skills as an experienced Chocolatier and teaches small groups of adults and children how to make hand-made luxury chocolates. Parties can be held at Miss Witts chocolate Kitchen or at a location (locally) of your choice.
Event introduction by Kerry Witt with a welcome sparkling fruit cordial. A brief demonstration of creating milk chocolate truffles. You will then work individually to make 18 milk chocolate truffles. Whilst your truffles are setting, Kerry will demonstrate how to temper chocolate. You will then be tempering your own chocolate & this will be used to finish your truffles. Using this tempered chocolate, you will also be creating chocolate mendiants decorated with a transfer print on the underside. The top will be finished with pistachios & rose petals. You will then package your truffles in beautiful boxes, and the mendiants into clear bags & sealed

The Tipsy Trail
The Tipsy Trail will take place in the heart of the beautiful New Forest and afterwards at Jennifer’s country kitchen classroom. It’s a small, intimate class with an accent on fun as well as education and you will learn how to turn your hedgerow ingredients into delicious, cocktail syrups. Naturally, you’ll be making and tasting cocktails which is why we insist nobody drives home!

Wild New Forest offer a wide variety of guided wildlife tours in and around the New Forest to suit all ages and abilities, including regular scheduled walks and private bespoke tours. We also offer seasonal walks, focusing on topics as diverse as bird song, bats, and fungi, and the history of the forest. As well as wildlife identification workshops and shorter walks aimed at kids and families. Duration: 1-2 hours. Location: Each walks meeting point is different, depending on the type of walk. Will send joining instructions instructions of meeting points.
