As part of this service, we look after everything from bookings to guest liaison and pricing management to property maintenance and cleaning leaving you free to relax in the knowledge that your property is in the safest of hands.

No Hidden Costs

We believe in great value and transparency. We charge a flat rate of commission for our management with no hidden fees and no requirement for you to commit to additional costs like a house manager in order to make your property available to paying guests. We take care of everything and at the end of the month you will receive a statement that clearly outlines your income and costs.

Our experienced team have years of experience working in hospitality sales and we know all about how to make your property listing stand out online and how to turn lookers into bookers. 

Unlike many traditional holiday let management companies we use a dynamic approach to pricing management that responds in real-time to your occupancy and to trends within the local area in order to maximise your revenue and return on investment. Our dedicated and experienced team manage your calendar to ensure that occupancy is optimised throughout the year. 

We take care of everything so that you don’t have to. We make sure that everything is perfect for when your guests arrive, we liaise with your guests to make sure that they have everything they need, we arrange access to the property, we manage any issues that arise during their stay and we sort out cleaning, linen changes and general maintenance as required. This is holiday let ownership with absolutely none of the hassle! 

We charge 20% of net revenue (gross revenue less any commissions paid to online travel agents) for our full management service. 

You will need to cover the cost to turnover the property and prepare it for the next guests. This includes cleaning, linen hire, welcome packs and any routine maintenance. But we provide and organise all of these services in-house and you will receive a clear breakdown of our charges and your costs in your monthly statement. Unlike with many other holiday let management companies there is no need to pay for an additional ‘house manager’ in order to service your property. This service is included within our management fee. As part of our full management service our dedicated in-house team handle all of the moving parts that make a successful hospitality business really sizzle. 

Good guest reviews are important. They make sure that your property gets booked more often at the best possible price. Our team are passionate about customer service and we have years of experience in hospitality. We are dedicated to ensuring that every guest that stays at your property has the best possible experience. Our innovate digital concierge service provides your guests with everything they need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay including instructions on how to use the appliances at your property and hand-picked recommendations of things to do in the local area. We provide 24/7 guest support with a local team who are on-hand to respond quickly and decisively should any issues arise. 

We provide accommodation on a short term basis to holiday-makers. We have a comprehensive vetting process including the collection of valid ID to ensure that we know exactly who is staying at your property and why. We check in with guests regularly in the lead up to and throughout their stay to make sure that they are happy and that they have everything they need. 

Not every property will work as a holiday let. We offer a free property appraisal as standard to anybody who is thinking about renting their property out as a holiday let. This will include a detailed overview of occupancy and revenue trends in your area as well as a comprehensive analysis of the competition. An analysis of your property takes only a few days and at the end of this process we will both have a clear idea as to whether your property will work as a holiday let. Our experienced team have also developed a keen eye for what will help your property to book for the best possible price and we will make recommendations accordingly.
